Just wanted to say thank you for all of your kind comments and well wishes for a speedy recovery for little Hope. She did really well last night, much better than we were expecting; and she has, for the most part, not complained about any pain today. We are keeping our fingers crossed that her recovery [...] She woke up crying from her nap. I went in to get her and took her into the bathroom to wipe her nose. She rested her head on my shoulder and we looked at each other in the mirror. I caught my breath and was transfixed by what I saw. The light was so soft [...] |
