It’s supposed to snow tonight. This happens approx. .5 times a year in these parts. We’ve had lots of rain and freezing temps lately, which has made for little delightful discoveries in the mornings of frozen miniature ponds in various unlikely reservoirs around the yard; such as a shovel with leaves trapped under a layer of [...] I am not to be denied my once yearly pleasure of dusting off my iron and melting wax paper. This is one of those projects that I fell in love with when I did it as a kindergartener, and now that I have kids, I have to do it every year. So a couple [...] I had every intention of doing a Fall craft with leaves last week. One of my favorite things to do every year, is to collect colorful fallen leaves, press them, and then iron and seal them between two sheets of wax paper. We usually make placemats with the finished work to be used for Thanksgiving [...] See that button over there to your right?
